Q: How to reset Line CCTV password?

- Stop the Devline kernel service
- Option 1.
Press the key combination Win + R and in the field "open" type services.msc click "OK"
Select the service "Devline kernel service" - click the right mouse button - select "Stop".

"My computer" - > "Management" - > "Services and applications" - "Services" - we find the service "Devline kernel service" - click the right mouse button - select "Stop".
- Open the Line software configuration directory:
32bit OS: C: \ Program Files\DevLine\Linia\CFG\CURRENT
64bit OS: C: \ Program Files(x86)\DevLine\Linia\CFG\CURRENT
- Open using standard text editor Windows( "Notepad") file users.cfg.
- In the users.cfg file, you must completely delete the second line from the top: "realm": "linia-59ae2ad4", (linia-59ae2ad4 - this value may differ from this example).

After this operation, all server users passwords will be empty.
You could set passwords of users, delete or rename through the Observer-> Manage -> Users.
